McDonald's has been seriously stepping up its Fry-yay game. With the addition of garlic fries, fries topped with guac, truffle-flavored fries, and even one location dedicated solely to fries, it seems like the chain is trying to prove something with its 17-ingredient shoestrings. Especially now that McD's is coming out with curly fries that taste like crab. Yes, you read that right.

The fast-food giant isn't debuting just any curly fry. No, they're seasoned with salt, pepper, and crab flavoring. The new menu item is called "Twist and Shake" or "Twister" fries depending on where you are.

So far, they're only available in Singapore and the Philippines — along with a few other regional specialties like a salted egg yolk chicken burger, spicy McNuggets, and fried banana pies, Brand Eating reports.

So, time to book a plane ticket, right?
